She’s beautiful and you know it. She holds you in her arms and you close your eyes and listen to her heart beat. Sometimes she dresses for herself and dances to silly songs in the bedroom and you’ve never been more in love than now.

She’s crazy and you know it. She is impulsive, indecisive and probably the only one who tells you about stars in the sky and you half heartedly listen but all you can think about is the color of her eyes and you’ve never been more in love than now.

She’s dancing and you know it. She talks about the heat killing her and walks out wearing a turtle neck apparel because fashion comes first. Sometimes you want to read her like she’s poetry but you’re scared you’ll realize what she truly means to you and you’ve never been more in love than now.

She’s broken and you know it. You feel the warmth of her skin and you never want to let her go away. Somedays you stay awake and ache for the curves that fit perfectly with yours when you sleep next to her and you’ve never been more in love than now.

She’s scared and you know it. She cries at the drop of a hat and you feel like you want to fight the world for one smile of hers. It drives you insane how far you’d go just to look at her perfectly arched face and tell her anything just to entice her with your stories and you’ve never been more in love than now.

She’s yours and you know it. You know it when your heart skips a beat when you talk to her on the phone; you know it when the party is just another crowded place full of sweaty humans and chilled drinks without her; you know it in the way you think of her and a smile escapes from your mouth;

You know it and I guess she knows it too,
But you look away
When she walks in the room,
And you feel she’s the one,
But you think she doesn’t feel the same,
But that girl walks in the crowd
And looks for your face;

You know it,
She knows it,
This love secretly grows;
Until when will you pretend to search for a shelter
When you know you both are each other’s homes? TC mark
