Fogle rose to stardom after losing massive amounts of weight and becoming more healthy with a diet consisting primarily of Subway sandwiches. His story was published in a campus newspaper, and later picked up by Men’s Health magazine.

Eventually, Subway themselves heard about the diet, and asked Fogle to be a part of an advertising campaign that branded Subway as a healthy “to-go” food alternative to many other fast food restaurants. He has continued to work for them ever since.

Now, however, he could be in some hot water according to Fox 59:

Federal authorities raided the home of Subway spokesman Jared Fogle Tuesday morning. FBI sources told FOX59 state and federal investigators were serving warrants at Fogle’s Zionsville home in connection with a child pornography investigation.

The raid started around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. An evidence truck could be seen parked in the driveway. Investigators from the FBI and Indiana State Police were at the scene.

This is on the heels of the arrest of Russell Taylor, former President of Fogle’s foundation, for child pornography earlier this year.

Early reports state that no arrests have been made as of yet.
