There is a huge misconception about anxiety. For those of us who struggle with it, we have learned that it’s not all panic attacks and nerves.

Remember, you were in love with this person. It’s irrational to expect to be able to cut him or her out of your life altogether.

What is this in us human beings that makes us want to do that one thing perfectly?

It’s something you can do all by yourself that doesn’t involve a TV, game system, laptop, or iPad.

You can’t make a relationship something more than what it inherently is. You can’t make yourself fit into something you inherently won’t.
