Bio

Phil Roland was born in the Philippines sometime in the eighties, found a copy of Iggy Pop's The Idiot on an apartment stairwell when he was a kid, and now writes on the Internet because he is terrible at making life decisions. He lives in East Jesus, an off-grid, self-sustaining art installation/ experimental habitat in the Colorado Desert's Slab City, where he spends his days punching horse flies in glorious combat.
