At different times in her life, Elise has earned her keep as a maid, a pundit, a mulberry-picker, a community organizer, a high-security transcriptionist, a tutor, a farmer, a graphic designer, a journalist, a day-care teacher, a tofu-maker, a social-media-ite, a vegan sous chef, a data junkie, and a corporate spy. She often collides with stationary things, e.g., mailboxes and the ground. Her parents would like you to know that she went to Harvard, and they really did do everything right.
