Heartwarming Video Of Newtown Elementary Students Performing “Over The Rainbow”

This morning, one month removed from the horrific shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary, a group of Newtown elementary school music students performed the Judy Garland classic “Over The Rainbow,” along with musician Ingrid Michaelson, on Good Morning America.
Earlier this month, the children recorded the song at the Connecticut home studio of Chris Frantz and Tina Weymouth, ex-members of Talking Heads and Tom Tom Club.
The studio version can be downloaded on iTunes, with proceeds benefitting Newtown charities.

One Last Xanax — Part One
This is the first part of a book that I am writing for Thought Catalog. This is a fiction book about young people in New York City. A lot of it is not fiction, and not made up, because I am not sure if I am very good at making things up.
