‘It’s Always Sunny In Homeland’ Mashup Proves Charlie Is Carrie
For one fan of both ‘Homeland’ and ‘It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia,’ Carrie Mathison’s crazed rant at the end of season 1 looked familiar. After all, who could forget Charlie Day’s magnificent conspiracy theory involving Carol in HR and the elusive Pepe Silva. So, why not combine the two? Yep, both Carrie and Charlie have manic tendencies but their rants are really, really eerily similar.
It totally works. I kind of want a full-length ‘Homeland’ and ‘It’s Always Sunny’ crossover where Carrie and Saul are investigating terrorism at Paddy’s Bar after Dennis and Mac accidentally post some crazy stuff in an Al-Qaeda chatroom. Pepe Silva is Abu Nazir.
Okay, okay. I’ll write it.
