This song doesn’t explicitly mention graduation but it’s all about holding on to memories and shit. I mean, it’s the perfect soundtrack for a Kumbaya moment. I can just see people putting it on at a graduation party for strictly LOL purposes only to end up sobbing hysterically in each other’s arms after about two minutes.
